If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

A receipt is required for all returns.
All returns must be in resellable condition.
Defective items will be returned or exchanged at our discretion.
Purchases made by credit card must be refunded on the same credit card.
You must contact us for a return authorization number.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We do our best to keep ample levels of stock-on-hand for all items featured on eBear.com. Orders placed before 5:00pm Eastern Time, will be shipped the same day.

In the event we have problems fulfilling your order in a timely manner, we will notify you. eBear cannot be held liable for typographical or computer errors. In the event of such error, we reserve the right to cancel your order; in which case, we will notify you promptly.
