Shipping within the United States (including Puerto
Rico)
eBear.com offers Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air,
and Next Day Air shipping via UPS. Orders received
before 2:00 P.M. PST (5:00 EST) Monday through Friday
will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders
received after 2:00 P.M. PST (5:00 EST), will go out
the next business day. UPS generally transports
packages only on business days, so if you order Next
Day Air on Friday before 2 P.M. PST, the order will
ship same day and be delivered the next business day,
which is Monday. If you wish to send a package to an
address outside of the contiguous 48 states (e.g. to
an address in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), you must
select 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Once your order
is shipped, you will receive an email with the UPS
tracking number so you may track your order.

Terms and Conditions

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it within 30 days for a full refund subject
to the following conditions:
- A receipt is required for all returns.
- All returns must be in resellable condition.
- Defective items will be returned or exchanged at
our discretion.
- Purchases made by credit card must be refunded on
the same credit card.
- You must contact
us for a return authorization number.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We do our best to keep ample levels of stock-on-hand for
all items featured on eBear.com. Orders placed
before 5:00pm Eastern Time, will be shipped the same day.
In the event we have problems fulfilling your order in a
timely manner, we will notify you. eBear cannot be held
liable for typographical or computer errors. In the event
of such error, we reserve the right to cancel your order;
in which case, we will notify you promptly.
All transactions shall be governed by Oregon law. eBear.com
is not responsible for customs or other duties charged by
certain non-U.S. destinations.
