you will be automatically entered into
our drawing for one free, 28" eBear

All prizes will be awarded. Contest
continues as long as it is posted on the
World Wide Web at www.ebear.com.
ONE survey/contest entry per person.
If you enter more than once, ALL of your
"Answer and Win!" entries will be
disqualified from the drawing.
Odds of winning each month depend on the number
of entries received for the month. One winner
will be chosen monthly; contest drawing to be
made randomly by eBear; all decisions final.
Winners will be notified by email*.
"Answer and Win!" winner may not win more
than once per year. Employees of eBear and their
families are not eligible.
Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
No purchase or payment is necessary to win.
For monthly drawings, entries must be
received by the last day of each calendar
month and winner will be chosen by the 1st
day of the following month. Prize will be
delivered within 10 days of determination
